SEMAGLUTIDE
Price below includes four injections (1x per week x 4 weeks) of medication at the indicated dose.
Established patients may (if they choose) pick up doses once monthly and self administer at home.

STEP 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION
During your initial consultation our medical professional will conduct a comprehensive health assessment, answer any questions, review your weight loss goals and discuss what treatment is most appropriate for you. If you decide Semaglutide is not right for you we can discuss other available treatment options.
STEP 2
PERSONALIZED PLAN
Based on your initial health assessment, your provider will create a personalized semaglutide weight loss program for you. This includes weight loss medicine, diet and exercise recommendations that fit your lifestyle and physical abilities. Our programs are designed to optimize your success.
STEP 3
Treatment Regimen
Our program consists of weekly Semaglutide/ Vit B12 injections administered by our clinicians in office. We want to ensure our patients are tolerating the treatment and are in a safe environment in the rare event of adverse reaction. We offer evening and weekend hours to allow for extremely convenient scheduling.
STEP 4
Monitoring & Optimization
You will receive ongoing oversite and monitoring by our NP for management of side effects, dosage adjustments or to address any questions or concerns -via text, messenger, email, phone. Your progress and ongoing health is our number one priority!
